They serve cold food. Nuggets taste like they been under a hot light all day. Fries weren't any better. And then when you call to complain managers keep an attitude. I hate going to this one. There's like 1 guy that works there that does good. Other than that you'd be better off eating your money. Probably has the same texture as their cold food. Like how do fries get that cold that fast? And nuggets? Even the burgers were cold. I usually wait to go to a McDonald's and avoid this one. It just sucks all the way around and can use some better management so the turnover rate won't keep increasing. May benefit from some management training classes.
They have minimum staff at this place during peak time it took me 30 mins to even place my order. The staff you have here is trying their best. Please look over your staffing times and adjust accordingly.

Cold food, had to wait after I went through drive through and paid I was second in line. Bought cheeseburger,fries and a drink. Was last one to get my food after several cars behind me got theirs first. All I was waiting on was fries. Once I got my food and pulled out of parking lot ate one of my fries and they were ice cold. I had to go back. Warm fries I can eat, ones that are cold after waiting for 20 minutes I can't. This is not the first time but it will be the last. I eat at Hwy 55. Huge portions and hot food just as cheap money wish. They are better deal and the people are friendly.
When the cashier has to open her phone and calculator app to figure out change for a coffee. 1.48. Gave her 2 dollars. Her phone says 52 cents. And she forgot to ask me if I want fries. Worst mc d's in North America slow slow slow service
